Hi everyone, a little bit of a longer blog today!

At 9am SLT today, we announced the upcoming release of our newest breedable, The Asrai! [pronounced az-rye]

The Asrai are NOT mermaids / mermen! They are a british water fairy from mythology who have found their way to Eldoria and we are so pleased to welcome them to the Fae Folk family!

I am going to re-answer some of the Q&A questions here that were most prevelant and important for you all!

Q. When can I get them?
A. We are aiming for a 3 month period before the release of BETA, but of course will keep everyone up to date via blog posts and the like so you know what is going on

Q. How much land impact are they?

A.	Type of Asrai	Land Impact
	Asrai Pool [their unbirthed baby]	1 Land Impact
	Low Prim mode Asrai	5 Land Impact
	Fully functioning Asrai	27 Land Impact

Q. What will they eat and what consumables will they use?
A. They will use the same food and consumables as the Fae Folk Fairies.

Q. What is going to happen when it comes to BETA testing?
A. We have made the decision, as we did with the Fae Folk Fairies, that if you buy a pre-sales pack, you are automatically welcomed to the BETA testing! This is NOT you buying BETA!! Any purchases you make now will be given to you when we go live - at a discounted starting rate!

Q. What is the benefits of pre-ordering my Asrai Starter Packs?
A. You not only get access to BETA testing, which is completely free [we supply BETA food, and BETA Asrai and all things] which gives YOU the ability to directly influence and assist the development of the Asrai, but you also get a 1 week head start on those who do not pre-buy. Let me explain:

When we go live, there is actually 2 live dates - the first is for pre-sales and the second is 7 days later
This means you get 7 days to get your Asrai growing and ready before the rest of the grid can catch up!
All your Starter Packs are 10% off the listed prices during PRE-SALE only!

Q. Can the Fae and the Asrai interbreed?
A. They are different species, and while they coexist in perfect harmony, they do not and are not able to interbreed.

Q. Will there be male and female Asrai?
A. Male Asrai do exist, however they are exceptionally rare. This is not actually an issue however, as with the Fae, all breeding is done through magic, and therefore 2 female, 2 male or a male and a female Asrai can reproduce baby pool!

Q. How can I learn more about the Asrai?
A. Well there is a number of ways to do that, firstly you can go see them over at our main store! You can also read their stories [and click Book of Asrai] as transcribed to us! These stories are their living history, and are an ever growing archive of knowledge, wisdom that the Asrai have shared with us!

Q. How many Asrai are in a starter pack?

Q. Will I be able to swim with my Asrai?
A. In Linden water, you will be able to swim with them.

Q. Will my Asrai party with me like the Fae Folk Fairies do?
A. Yes they will dance and party, all be it without legs it will be a little different but just as much fun!

Q. How long do I have to grab my pre-sales packs?
A. We are expecting pre-sales to be open for approximately 4 weeks. Closing on 7 October 2024.

Q. Will the Asrai have similar breeding times / numbers like the Fae Folk Fairies?
A. In truth that is still being worked out, however they will be similar but NOT the same!
