By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

All purchases are final, and under no circumstances will refunds be issued however if there is a verified delivery issue, then redeliveries can be arranged at The Fae Folk Breedables sole discretion.

The Fae Folk Breedables has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Fae Folk Breedables shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right for any reason [including but not limited to hacking, copy botting, fraudulent activities etc], to block any user’s access to our vendos. We will NOT ban or delete any items that have been purchased, or birthed as part of the Service. This means that while your Service will still be active, you will not have any facilities to purchase any further food or consumables.

All The Fae Folk Breedable owned groups have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for abuse, negativity, nasty or defamatory conduct and you will be removed from the group [but not necessarily the breedable depending on the infraction, at our discretion].

The Fae Folk Breedables reserves the right AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON to remove any person or persons from our Chat groups without restraint or requirements. Removal from our chat groups will not necessarily mean that you are banned from breeding our animals, again at our sole descretion.
