They can have up to 12 babies in their lifetime of unlimited length. Once they have had 12 they won't need food anymore they become perm. Fae. Now if you had two Fae you had link together because of the amazing babies they gave you, you will be able to buy consumable magic gems that will give you 3 more babies to breed out of those two fairies. They will eat at that time as well.
