The user portal is a great tool for managing and redelivering any Fae that has been messed up by Second-Life, as we all know this sometimes happens. To log in, you can click on ANYBODY's Fae, or your own Fae or the Fae Mushroom go to "My Portal".

As long as you own at least 1 Fae, it will log you in with a single click, and no need for a password/username combination.

You can't just click the mushroom for a redelivery You need to go into your portal. Go to you have lives or chrystals so which ever one you are working on is the tab you want to be in. You can either manually click the square by each beautiful fairy or go to the right and click the all square and then click bulk redelivery. Once you have done this click on that cute mushroom of YOURS a menu will come up and you Get All>Get Lives (or crystals or All) 

You can also just redeliver one if that is all you want to redeliver. Click the one in your porta that you want >Click Mushroom>Get One (Box will come up and you will need to put in the redelivery number which it can be found by clicking: Redelivery Tab> on the graphic before the name and or options. (Example number fcf8077c39378e1569a4ec55d9ff7d70d310e25a) copy and paste the number where it asked you to. Then click submit.
